The best decision you'll make today!
I’m unmarried, with no children. Therefore, I am the most selfish person on earth and do whatever I want. Last minute trip to Paris? Done. P Bed at 5am? Well I don’t have to get up early tomorrow. Six-hour session at the pub? Sure. On Sunday evenings I call my sister horizontally from my sofa with a hoarse voice and the inevitable question is posed: ‘you’ve been burning the candle at both ends again haven’t you?’ To which I always reply, ‘No, I’m fine.’ Which of course I am, because I’m unmarried, with no children.
But, and of course you knew there would be a ‘but’, there is one thing that would rather I act a little less selfishly and that’s my skin. It craves a little bit more TLC, it’s desperate for a surge of moisture and it needs a rest. I have no plans to take things easy, I’ve seen what having children does to people. I can say goodbye to being selfish, so I’m going to keep going for as long as I can.
However, I have introduced into my life, which my skin has been very thankful for, Fresh’s Vitamin Nectar Vibrancy-Boosting Face Mask.
Here are a few facts about it:
- it smells like marmalade
- it looks like marmalade
- it does not taste like marmalade
The reason for all of the above is that this mask contains an all-natural fruit paste made up of 50% crushed oranges, lemons and clementines. These fruits do two things that make my skin marvel. Firstly, they’re packed full of vitamin c and vitamin e. Vitamin c brightens my super tired and lackluster skin and vitamin e soothes it when it’s irritated with me. Secondly, each of these fruits has a natural AHA acid, which nibbles away at my dry and dead skin revealing a much sparklier-looking me underneath.
You only have to leave it on for ten minutes, so I whack this on three times a week, either when I’m getting dressed, during a binge of The Tudors on Netflix whilst in my pyjamas or whilst I wait for my toes to dry.
I don’t intend to change my lifestyle anytime soon, but thanks to amazing products like this one, why would I need to?
