It’s always a good day when we announce a new Powder Beauty Drawer. And today is one of those days. We are happy to say that the February box is on it’s way to you and you’re going to bloody love it. We promise.

Here are just two reasons why:

  • Miller Harris has come on board, with not one, but two products that are sure to brighten up your morning routine
  • You’ll find a damn good exfoliator by Context – the uber cool, super sleek unisex brand that everyone wants to get their hands on at the moment

But seriously, there are many more reasons to get excited. Read on...

Dr Paw Paw Limited Edition Red Sparkle Multipurpose Soothing Balm

Everyone knows Dr Paw Paw’s magical multipurpose balm. We swear we spot it in everyone’s handbags. But their limited edition Red Sparkle balm is even more addictive. It’s slightly tinted, so as well as hydrating your lips it adds a splash of colour. And then there’s the tiny specks of gold dust – don’t worry you won’t look like you’re at a festival, the little flecks catch the light beautifully.

POW_ER TIP: If you’re running late and don’t have time to reapply your makeup, dap a touch of this onto the apples of your cheeks for on the go blush and highlight.

Rodial Suede Lips in Big Apple

Red Apple by name and we think Big Apple by reputation. If the lipstick shade of London is bright poppy red, then this slight burnt pink, warm red is the definteily a New Yorker shade. It glides onto lips and just wait ‘til you see the colour payoff.

POW_ER TIP: With its pencil applicator, we’d also use this as a plumping lip liner. Be sure to go for a lipstick a shade darker.

Miller Harris Tea Tonique Shower Wash & Body Lotion

Oh. My. God. We love love love the scent of Tea Tonique. We actually doubt there’s anyone in the world who could dislike it. You start the day with a cup of tea anyway, why not take it that one step further with a shower gel and body lotion?

POW_ER TIP: Apply your body lotion when your skin is still slightly damp (not soaking wet) and your skin will absorb it better and you’ll reap the benefits. So long dry flaky limbs.

Sleek Makeup Matte Me Lip Cream in Rioja Red

OK, so this is the London red we were talking about. The perfect pillar box red that doesn’t mess about. The glossy cream texture feels super soft on the lips and it. Will. Not. Budge. Wow.

POW_ER TIP: There is literally no need to decide if you are a New York red or London red kind of person. Be both.

POW_ER TIP: Work it into damp skin, rinse with tepid water and pat your skin dry with a towel to avoid further irritation.

Context Micro-Derm Regenerator

To say that we obsessed with this natural brand is a complete understatement. It’s something to do with the minimal packaging that just get’s us going. And guess what? The stuff inside is just as thrilling. This exfoliator uses the same crystals that are used in mircrodermabrasion treatments. Meaning it gets rid of any dead skin cells and rough texture, all the while cleaning the skin.

POW_ER TIP: Use this on dry skin, then remove with a muslin cloth.
