We are beyond obsessed with Poppy Delevingne. It might be something to do with how chic she is or all the fabulous trips that she goes on - follow her on Instagram and you'll understand what we mean - but it's probably because the woman is downright beautiful. In fact, we'd quite like to look like her. This is impossible, so instead we invited her into The Powder Room so she could tell us her skincare secrets, her makeup tips and tricks and reveal which products are in her Beauty Drawer.

SKINCARE

I used to be very low-maintenance with my skincare routine but since turning 30 I take it all a little bit more seriously. At the moment, my favourite brands are SkinCeuticals – I love their apothecary-style bottles – and Crème de la Mer.

Every morning and night, I wash my face with the Crème de La Mer Cleansing Foam – it’s so important to take the day’s makeup off. Once my face is dry, I use SkinCeuticals’ CE Ferulic which makes my skin look brighter. Then, it’s all about hydration; their B5 Hydrating serum is a really lovely gel consistency which really moisturizes my skin. Then I finish with Sisley’s Hydra Global Cream to seal it all in.

At night, when my skin is tired and I’ve been shooting all day, I use La Prairie’s Skin Caviar Luxe Eye Cream – it’s wonderfully creamy and helps get rid of dark circles – and then my ultimate skincare savior: Crème de la Mer’s Moisturizing Cream. It feels like falling asleep with cotton wool wrapped around my face. And for my body, I swear by Jo Malone’s new Walnut and Geranium body scrub which I use every couple of weeks. It polishes off every last dead skin cell and leaves my skin glowing.

MAKEUP

So much of my job revolves around makeup so when I’m not working I keep it to a bare minimum. My go-tos include Sisley’s Comfort Extreme Nutritive Lip Balm which literally melts into my lips and Elizabeth Arden’s Eight Hour Cream. You can use it on any dry patches – knees, elbows or lips – but I like to use it on my eye lashes to help condition them and make them look shiny. I also love my freckles so try and keep them on show.

On days when I do want to wear some makeup, I go for a lick of YSL’s Luxurious Mascara and dust Charlotte Tilbury’s Bronze & Glow over my forehead, nose and cheeks for a healthy, tanned look. I also make sure I conceal any redness with Chanel’s Eclat Lumiere concealer pen – the brush makes it easy to apply and then I pat in with my finger. At night, I’ll amp up my eyes with either Chanel’s Marine Stylo Yeux Waterproof - a navy eyeliner which never moves - or one of Tom Ford’s lipsticks. I like the Flamingo shade.

FRAGRANCE

I used to stay faithful to my scents; I started wearing Jo Malone’s Red Roses Cologne when I was a teenager and wore it non-stop for five years. It reminds me of being young, carefree and always puts a smile on my face, which is what I think perfumes should do. Now, I like to chop and change depending on whether it’s winter or summer, day or night. At the moment I’m wearing Jo Malone’s Peony and Blush Suede, which is light and floral for summer days; when I go out at night I layer Tuberose Angelica on top – it’s muskier and a little sexier. Never be afraid to mix your scents – no one else will smell as good as you!
